I am back from London, I had a total blast with my best friend. We saw tons of things and walked a ton! This is a short blogpost about my trip to London. Not really nail related but I still wanted too share! :)
We arrived in London on Monday morning, after buying our Oyster Card (this is a card to use for the metro), we took the underground to our street where the hostel was situated. We had some struggle finding the hostel itself, the entrance had a little sign which said we had to enter through another door, but we couldn't find another door! After we looked around for the other door, someone opened the first door and let us in. Apparently she saw us on their security cameras. She let us in and helpen us with checkin in.
When we booked the hostel we chose a room for four people, and when we checked in we found out we had the whole place to ourself: our own room, own bathroom and our own kitchen! And that nobody would join us for the whole time we would be there. Kinda awesome if you ask me ;)
Monday evening we walked around the city for a bit and did some grocery shopping for breakfast for the other days, we dined at Nando's, where we almost died because the food was extremely spicey! but delicious!
On Tuesday we went full tourist mode and saw a ton of stuff! After that we went shopping on Oxford Street. Sadly I didn't found anthing worth buying, not even some nailpolish! When we got back to the hostel we were completely exhausted and ready to sleep!
Wednesday we got out of London and went to Oxford for the day. I love old architecture so Oxford was amazing, we went to a museum with two different exhibitions and saw a lot of university buildings.
The last day we used the whole day to travel to the airport and fly back home. I was kinda dissapointed that I didn't find any nailpolish but at the dutyfree area at the airport I saw a opi shelf, I am not a big opi fan but I was hoping to find the peel off base coat there. Sadly I didn't.. But I did buy the Push and Shove! I finally found it!
I had a great time in London! And ready to start with my christmas nail art! :D
