I ordered these neon studs a long time ago from miniinthebox.com and never had an idea how to use them, until today!

Adding a matte topcoat really made the look complete. And the mattified turquoise nailpolish looks gorgeous! This colour is gorgeous matte or shiny and it's a new colour from Catrice and it's called (S)wimbledon. If you don't have it yet, go buy it now!
And these studs, oh gosh.. Look at them under a LED light:
They are even brighter in real life!
The white base for the accent nail is Snow me white by Sinfulcolors. The black is acrylic paint.
