#83 November NailArt Challenge: Plaid

Almost exactly a year ago I also did a nail art inspired by a plaid design, for my little baby nephew, who was just one month old that time. Last years design was posted on the 22nd of November, and today I am posting another plaid design.
I wanted to keep the nails in an autumn style. That's why I chose two beautiful brown colours I recently bought but never used on myself before.

I feel so cosy with my nails painted like this! Especially because I am wearing a nice warm sweater which complement these nails very well. And the brown I used for the base, oh dear.. I never dared to wear a dark brown nailpolish because I thought the dark colour would make my fingers look pale. But it did the complete opposite, yay! The colour itself is also beautiful to wear on its own, but I like nailart to much ☺

The magnificent dark brown is 'Brit Chick'. The almost reddish brown I used for the stripes is 'Mind The Red!' both by Catrices limited edition collection Check & Tweed which are no longer available in shops. The white is 'Snow Me White' by Sinfulcolors and the black is 'Black Is Black' by Maybelline.
