#82 November Nail ArtChallenge: Geometric

I think it's getting more and more undeniable that I am never on time with any challenges. But I am still going to try to complete them all! Today I am sharing the second challenge with you: Geometric nails..

..I was born in the Netherlands, so English isn't my first language. And I did not know what geometric stood for, so I turned to my best friend google to help me out with this one once again! And I found a lot of different patterns, very colourful and symmetric images. One of those images stood out for me and inspired me to make this nailart.

When I saw this pattern it reminded me of a painting my dad made. The same pattern but with black, white and grey. I really love this kind of patterns but I had no clue on how to make this on my nails. Then I remembered I have some diamond shaped glitters which would be perfect for this! So I gathered the nailpolish I wanted to use and the glitters and I started placing one glitter.. two glitters.. three glitters... four.... five.....

The sweet nude colour is 'I'm so aNude' by Catrice. (I ♥ this nude colour!) and on top I added two different coloured diamond shaped glitters to create the cubus looking pattern.

The glitter placement looks a little bit sloppy when you look at it up close, but I don't mind. especially because it's my first time trying placing the glitters this particular way.It took a decent time to complete the ringfinger, but it's not that you need a whole afternoon to do this. At the beginning I was slower than when I was halfway up the nail. You just have to find a handiness in placing the glitters.

Have fun painting and creating

xoxo
