January favorites ~ month recap!

January is coming to an end. I had the idea to make a post about my favorites this month. 

This month started with some awesome nailpolishes: The Velvet Matte collection by Rimmel London. Five nailpolishes with a almost but not quite matte finish. I wanted to swatch these five and decided to try out a swatch with me video combined with five matte vs. shine nailarts!

The swatch with me video was a lot of fun to make, and I am looking for other nailpolishes to swatch on film. Maybe some Indies? ;) My favorites of these five colours are Matte-itude, Velvet Touch and Midnight kiss


This month was a month full of maniswaps! I was lacking inspiration so hard, but still wanted to paint my nails. So I found the solution in maniswaps. I still have a lot of maniswaps to do, so the upcoming months will hopefully consists of even more maniswaps!


Due to all the maniswaps it isn't a big surprise that my monthly favorites are mostly nailart of the maniswaps! 

I was asked to write a step by step for the matte vs. shine leopard nailart for miladypro.com it's a small and to the point article but I'm so happy that I was asked to do this!

Who knows what creations will come in February!
